Bryan Morton

Bryan is a Pharmacologist who graduated from Aberdeen University before completing his MBA at Durham University Business School. He has had a long and outstanding career in Life Science businesses around the world.

Currently an Operating Partner at the Private Equity firm Essex Woodlands Healthcare Partners, he has also previously held senior roles in major companies such as Merck and Co Inc and Bristol Myers Squibb working in UK, USA, Australia and Belgium. After a stellar career in major US firms Bryan became an Entrepreneur in the 1990’s and over the years has founded, Zeneus Pharma, EUSA Pharma and Izana Biosciences concentrating on the development and commercialisation of cancer cures and rare disease drugs.

Bryan was honoured in 2016 by Her Majesty the Queen and was awarded a CBE for his contributions to Healthcare. Bryan is also a Honorary Professor at Durham University and serves on the Campaign Board.
