Arts Award Online Gallery
Discover at Home
Below you can see work created by children at home! The work is inspired by Finola Finn’s celebrated installation, Know Thy Self, which was part of Durham Lumiere in 2012.
Using a free downloadable resource at home, each child completed the activities and sent us a photo of what they created. The first 100 completed will be moderated for FREE by Durham University and Culture Bridge, receiving their very own qualification and accompanying certificate for Arts Award Discover.
If your young person would like to take part in this project you can find out more information at Discover at Home.

Bronze Award Arts Award: Hannah's Project

Girls Network Bronze Award
We are currently working with 30 young people from the Girls Network and across England to earn their Bronze Arts Award qualification. As life settles in to a new normal we wanted to explore how we can interact with the arts virtually.
Over the next 4 weeks these young people will be working with arts professionals; researching inspirational people and sharing their own artistic skills with you. During their first week they created reviews about arts events they had attended online during lockdown. This meant exploring online exhibitions, watching Broadway shows on YouTube and attending live streamed concerts on the web.
The work below is by Catarina, Zoey, Izzie, Rosela, Roshni, Kathryn and Baily.
