The Learning and Engagement team offer interactive taught programmes and events for schools, community groups, families and lifelong learners centred on the objects, artworks, archives and rare books in our incredible collections.

Schools and Home Learning

Explore more about what the Learning and Engagement Team offer for primary and secondary school, sixth-form, college and home learning groups.

Sessions are available across the Bill Bryson Library, Oriental Museum, Museum of Archaeology, Durham Castle, Art, Botanic Garden, Archives and Historic Libraries Collections and venues.
