About Us

We swim, bike and run!

In a normal week, we hold 11 sessions and our members can come to as many or as little sessions as they like, we welcome everyone to give our club a go. These consist of 3 swims, 3 bike sessions, 3 run sessions, a gym session and a stretch and roll session.
