Over the past three years, the team have competed in many tournaments, more notably the women's team have won medals in the past three BUCS tournaments. A lot of these players started handball for the first time here at Durham, so if you have never played before but have a desire to try something new at university, now is the time.
Alongside training and matches, DU Handball also organise social events during term time to strengthen the bonds between all club members. As a club with players originating from multiple nations, Durham Handball pride themselves as one of the most inclusive sports teams in the University.
