Mark Aedy

Mark, who read Geography at Durham University and graduated from Hild Bede in 1979, joined the  Campaign Board in 2024.

Mark is Managing Director and Chairman of EMEA and APAC at Moelis & Company. He has over 40 years of investment banking experience, advising clients across on a broad range of advisory services including strategic mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Mark was Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and a member of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Executive Committee.

He serves as a Trustee of The HALO Trust, a Non-Executive Director of British Land PLC and a Visiting Fellow at Oxford University.
