Queen's Campus Library Group Study Rooms
Located in the Library are 5 study rooms for group study. The rooms can be booked for up to four hours per session through the online study room booking system. Group study room keys can be collected from the the Help & Information Desk at the start of your booking time. The key can only be issued to the person who placed the booking. If the key is not collected after 15 minutes, the booking will be cancelled and the room released to another group. It is therefore important that you collect the key promptly. As in other parts of the library no eating and drinking is allowed in the study rooms. Rooms should be cleared after use. Consecutive bookings by the same group are not permitted.
There is a sixth study room, Room D236, which is reserved for students registered with DUSSD, the University's service for students with disabilities. Details of facilities available in this room can be found on the Library's web pages for users with disabilities. If you have not made a booking but would like to use this study room, please ask at the Service point.
If you have any overdue books you will be unable to book or use a study room. Please note that there is a fine of £1 per hour for the late return of a study room key.
