Support for teaching
Please note: the Library no longer provides a service linking directly to online articles from reading lists in DUO, as most articles are available by searching Discover. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if this causes any problems.
We aim to provide students with sufficient access to all taught course reading material. In order to achieve this, we rely on academic staff forwarding a suitable copy of every new reading list to the Library and alerting us to updates required to existing ones. For more information about the Library and taught-course reading lists, please see the Library Reading List Charter.
If your reading list relates to an existing module, please check that all relevant materials are available, with sufficient quantities of 'required' reading, and described in the 'Library Resources' area in duo then alert the Library to any changes required. For new modules, send your whole reading list to the library. If you send your list or updates to the library by the 1st July 2019 we can ensure the relevant materials are in place for your students for the forthcoming academic year. This includes the digitisation of key book chapters and journal articles for easier access.
