New digital resource launched

(7 June 2019)

The journals provide colourful commentary on church-state relations, and will be a useful resource for anyone interested in the ecclesiastical and political landscape of early twentieth century Britain. They also provide a fascinating insight into daily life in the period, detailing reading habits, travel, and social and professional networks. The digital edition is supported with annotations on significant incidents, persons, organisations and places, with essays drawing out specific themes, alongside lists of Henson’s books, sermons, lectures and public letters.
