As well as being a beautiful natural environment in which to wander, explore and learn more about our plants, the Botanic Garden hosts a wide variety of events throughout the year. Many of these activities are free, with only standard admission charges applying.
We welcome guests of all ages to come along and get involved in the events we offer. Many of these are inspired by the natural setting of the garden, but with activities ranging from traditional crafts to storytelling, there really is something for everyone!
Most weekends throughout the year we run a family activity, suitable for children, on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. For adults, the Garden and Visitor Centre regularly play host to exhibitions of art and photography.
Please do browse our What’s On pages to find out more about upcoming activities.
