Mrs Anne Park
As the Finance Administrator/Executive Assistant to the Head of Department, Anne is responsible for supporting the Department Administrator in all aspects of Financial Management and the Head of Department in managing their own commitments. Particular roles and responsibilities also include:
- Financial Transactions and Balancing of Non-Staff Budget Accounts and Grant Accounts
- Supporting School Financial Policies and Procedures
- Budget Officer and supporting Academic Staff with Financial Advice
- Liaison to the University’s Procurement service in relation to ordering, payment of suppliers and invoicing for the department.
- Diary management and organising events/meetings.
