Evaluating new Roles in the Mental Health Workforce and Ways of Working

A research project of the Department of Sociology.

Background

NWW is an initiative introduced by the National Workforce Programme in Mental Health. This is the national evaluation of the implementation on news ways of working.

Aims

To evaluate the implementation of the NWW initiative.

Methods

Qualitative data from semi-structured interviews with stakeholders, mapping data from Durham University, whole systems stakeholder workshops to explore implementation issues. Service user.
