Most of our students go on to become PE teachers and physiotherapists though some pursue careers in other areas including elite sport, sport management and sport development. This includes management roles in the Olympic and Paralympic Games, leading participation development projects for local councils and major charities and working in senior roles in major sport organisations like Sport England.

The quality and flexibility of our degree programmes also means that our graduates can progress on career pathways beyond sport. This includes banking and finance, business and management, public relations, human resources and recruitment and the armed forces. In these and other roles, we currently have graduates working in major multi-national companies such as Facebook, Accenture, KPMG, Hays Recruitment and the International Management Group.
