Explore some of our projects
Over 500 third-year undergraduate students have participated in the Science into Schools Module working with more than 130 local schools since 2006.
More than 4000 Year 9 and 10 pupils and their teachers from 42 local secondary schools have attended the last five Durham Schools' Science Festivals.
Over 2,500 young people from 145 schools and community organisations across the North East have been trained in our Science Ambassadors programme.
Over 71,000 7-11 year olds and their families have come along to Celebrate Science since our first festival in 2010.
