BSI Workshop: The Automated Analysis of Ageing in C. elegans and Beyond

6-7 September 2017, Durham University

This workshop aims to combine statistical research approaches in physics and biosciences (ecology) and to extend the application of automated analysis to ageing in other models including human ageing.

Invited Speakers

Key Questions

  1. What are the advantages and disadvantages of various automated methods to measure ageing in the model organism C. elegans developed around the world (including Durham)?
  2. How can we learn from each other to improve statistical analysis, sharing of technology and data between research groups, and understanding of biomarkers of ageing
