In submitting this application I acknowledge that:
- I have read and understood the eligibility criteria I must satisfy in order to qualify for consideration by the University for award of this scholarship;
- As of this date, the information provided is, to the best of my knowledge, both accurate and complete;
- I understand that the University has sole discretion in awarding this scholarship and that the University reserves the right not to award this scholarship or to withdraw this scholarship for any reason at any time prior to award of this scholarship; or following award, for any non-compliance by the successful applicant, within the terms of the award;
- I understand that should the information provided:
i) indicate that I am ineligible to be considered for award of this Scholarship;
ii) be incomplete to the extent that it is inadequate to prove eligibility to be considered for award of this Scholarship; or
iii) on further investigation by the University, proves to be inaccurate or misleading;
the University reserves the right to reject my application without further consideration/explanation.
Data Protection “The data provided by you on this form will be used to process and administer your application. The data will be held by the Scholarships and Student Funding Office and will be managed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act. Information submitted as part of this application may be used by the Scholarships and Student Funding Office to inform applicants of further opportunities in the future. Completed forms submitted by successful applicants may be retained for up to ten years after the date of the successful application. This is because names, photographs, impact reports and comments from successful applicants may be published even after the successful applicant has left the University.
