The College Information and Regulations document (downloadable, see below) is an official document with all the rules and regulations of the College for your information. Please read this document.
After you have read the Information and Regulations document, please print the College Information and Regulations Signature Form. Please sign this form to confirm that you have read the Information and Regulations document and are thus agreeing to abide by the College's code of practice. Please send your signed form to us by 20th September 2014 to the following address:

Accommodation Licence Agreement
A copy of the College Accommodation Licence Agreement is included here for your information. Details of how to sign up for College accommodation will be sent to you directly.

Insurance Cover for Students
Basic contents insurance cover for items in your room is included as standard for student residents in all University accommodation. This student room insurance provided covers some of the items in your room for theft, fire and flood risk. There will be an opportunity for optional additional top up covers, and full details of what is offered will be published in September 2014.

Environmental Issues: Greening the Castle
Climate change is a problem for us all - but here in University College we can play a role to help save the day: switching the lights off, recycling, saving water, etc, etc and generally being more green. The document Combating Climate Change - how we can help, downloadable below, raises awareness of environmental issues in the College and University.
