Sabbatical Development Officer for University College
If you are a final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student at Castle who is passionate about University College and would like to help create and support a thriving alumni community, why not apply to become our next Sabbatical Development Officer?
In this role, you would:
- work closely with the Head of College, the Colleges Liaison Officer and the University’s Development and Alumni Relations Office (DARO) on specified fundraising projects in support of the Castle Society and Trust,
- have the opportunity to create networks of Castle alumni who would support College projects ranging from bursary schemes for future students to careers advice for current students,
- arrange major reunion events, providing you with the opportunity to meet past generations of Castle graduates.
The post salary is a University Grade 3 (£16,017.) less the cost of free part-catered (term time only) accommodation for a fixed-term period of one year starting on Monday 22 August 2016. You would also receive a package of training in alumni relations and fundraising from the DARO team.
