Fitness Centre and Classes
We believe sport and exercise can bring people of all backgrounds together. That’s why we’ve invested £32 million into our sports facilities in order to create a better university experience for our students.
The Fitness Centre has already proven to be a very popular feature of the new Sports and Wellbeing Park. With state-of-the-art equipment and a bespoke personal training service it's not hard to understand why.
We are aware that each individual has different fitness and wellbeing needs and this is why our gym experts have created an exercise class time table which caters to all.
Students: £150 for 12 months, £90 for 6 months or £60 for 3 months
Staff: £20 per month (salary deduction) or £200 for 12 months
Public: £30 per month or £250 for 12 months
Pay per session: £5 (everyone)
Classes are included for FREE with your membership but places are limited so you will need to book in advance.
Our list of classes include: Barre, Yoga, Pilates, Group Barbell, Group Cycling, Circuits, WOD, HIIT, Core, Connexus Circuit and Legs, Bums and Tums.
