DGSi academics train members of the Ethiopian Ministry of Peace

Drs Bakonyi, Kirtsoglou and Demetriou from the Durham Global Security Institute (DGSi) were invited by the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) to conduct a training in ‘conflict, displacement and durable solutions’ for members of the Ethiopian Ministry of Peace. Ethiopia has among the world largest numbers of internally displaced people. The training addressed the integration of conflict prevention and peacebuilding measures in the design and implementation of durable solutions for forcefully displaced population groups.
