Academic Information

Information on courses available to exchange students can be found on the website. All students should enrol in 24 credits per semester. Most units are worth 6 credits.

Nomination Deadlines

Semester 1 (Feb-June): 15 November

Semester 2: (July-November): 30 April

Application Deadlines

Semester 1 (Feb-June): 30 November

Semester 2: (July-November): 15 May

Requirements/Restrictions

Students may apply for any unit which is part of a standard course of study except for units within the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry.

Language Requirements

The language of instruction at UWA is English. If you are a non native English speaker, you may be required to provide evidence of language ability.

Accommodation

University accommodation at UWA is available for excxhange students, but not guaranteed.

College residence including meals will cost around A$16,000 - 20,000, depending on the College you apply to.

It is an Australian Government requirement that all international students must have health insurance, known as Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), from an approved Australian provider. This is compulsory and costs around A$437.
