'I Dream a World': The Life and Work of Langston Hughes
To coincide with the American Poetry module lectures on the Harlem Renaissance and in conjunction with The Centre for Poetry and Poetics, Garrett Turner will be performing his acclaimed one-act play on the life and work of Langston Hughes. Garrett’s reading of Hughes’s poetry, drama and autobiographical writings takes place on Thursday March 8th in Room 142, Elvet Riverside from 6.15 to 7pm.
