Education Studies can be studied as a single subject OR with one of our partner subjects: BA Education Studies with Geography (X1F8)BA Education Studies with Psychology (X1C8) or BA Education Studies with Sociology (XL33), thus, providing links to other distinguished departments within the University.

A single Education degree contains the majority Education modules, with some opportunity for appropriate study within other departments. Joint subjects are comprised of 50% Education modules and 50% study in one of the three subject partner departments. The breadth of our modules allows for the creation of pathways through the programme. This may be linked to one of the four strands of educational expertise within the programme: pragmatic; sociological and philosophical; psychological; and international and intercultural education. We simply ask that you have intellectual curiosity!
