The Common Awards Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group

The Diversion and Inclusion Advisory Group was formed to drive and encourage change that will promote good practice within Common Awards. The Advisory Group offers support to Common Awards initiatives on diversity and inclusion, and holds Common Awards to account in order to make sure progress is being made.

The Advisory Group consists of the following members:

  • Dr Dulcie Dixon McKenzie, Director for the Centre of Black Theology, The Queen’s Foundation
  • Prof Anthony Reddie, Director of the Oxford Centre for Religion and Culture, Regent’s Park College, University of Oxford
  • Dr Richard Benda, Tutor and Research Fellow, Luther King House
  • Rev Dr Michael Jagessar, Mission Secretary for the Europe Region, Council for World Mission
  • Rev Dr Helen Lewis, Tutor and Disability Advocate, All Saints Centre for Mission and Ministry
  • Rev Dr Anderson Jeremiah, Lecturer, Lancaster University, and member of Committee for Minority Ethnic Anglican Concerns (CMEAC)
  • Dr Sanjee Perera, Visiting Fellow, The Centre for Trust, Peace & Social Relation, Coventry University
  • Dr Eve Parker, Postdoctoral Research Associate in Theological Education, Durham University
  • Dr Frances Clemson, Assistant Professor in Theology and Ministry, Durham University
