Sheraton/ Keenan House Tour

Ustinov College is a self-catered College offering accommodation to postgraduates only. We have around 400 rooms in Sheraton Park and 70 family flats at Keenan House.

All bedrooms in Sheraton House are furnished with either a 3/4 or double bed (studio rooms only) all with storage, a desk, and a private en-suite. Keenan House flats have either a double bed and mattress in each double room, a single bed and mattress in each single room, wardrobes and a small set of drawers in each bedroom, and 1 fitted desk in one bedroom. All flats have a lounge/kitchen and a separate bathroom.

Neville House Tour

Sheraton Park is located on the western fringe of Durham City, approximately one mile west of the city centre. Ustinov College is a self-catered College offering accommodation to postgraduates only and we have around 400 rooms at our Sheraton Park site.

In Neville House, our ensuite bedrooms offer plenty of space and come complete with a 3/4 bed, storage, desk, and a private en-suite bathroom along with a shared kitchen. Each single en-suite is part of a larger flat ranging in size from 4 - 7 single ensuite rooms. We also have our paired rooms, which are 2 private single rooms arranged around a shared kitchenette and bathroom. Each bedroom within a paired room offers plenty of space and includes a 3/4 bed, multiple storage options and desk.
