Eligibility and application requirements

To be eligible apprentices will need to meet the following criteria: 

• Have an identified training need with regards to your current or future role 
• Have UK residency or meet the appropriate visa conditions 
• Spend a minimum of 50% of working time in England 
• Be in paid employment for at least 30 hours per week 
• Be able to commit to the whole duration of the apprenticeship including End Point Assessment 
• Have the full support of your employer and commit to engaging in all apprenticeship requirements 

An online application will include the following requirements: 

• A minimum of 3-5 years managerial work experience 
• An Upper Second Class Bachelor Degree or a portfolio of evidence of management experience 
• English language certificates if English is not your first language 
• Evidence of Level 2 English and Maths
