Professor and Deputy Executive Dean (Undergraduate)

Ian joined Durham University Business School in 2000 and is Deputy Head of Faculty (UG) Social Sciences and Health and also an Associate Professor (Teaching). He currently teaches Behavioural Finance, Financial Engineering and Financial Markets and is active in pedagogic research.

Biography

Ian joined Durham University Business School in 2000 and is the Deputy Head of Faculty (UG) of Social Sciences and Health and also an Associate Professor (Teaching) in Finance. He currently teaches Behavioural Finance, Financial Engineering and Financial Markets.

His main scholarship interests are in teaching and learning with international students and transitions into, through and from university. His research interests focus on investor sentiment in equity and derivative markets.
