Assistant Professor in Economics

Xing Wang joined the faculty of the Durham University Business School in September 2010 as a Lecturer in Economics. Prior to joining Durham, he was a teaching assistant and lecturer at the University of Southampton, where he received his PhD degree.

Biography

Xing Wang joined the faculty of the Durham University Business School in September 2010 as a Lecturer in Economics. Prior to joining Durham, he was a teaching assistant and lecturer at the University of Southampton, where he received his PhD degree.

Xing works in the area of econometrics. His current research projects involve empirical likelihood and related methods, and applications of large deviations in statistical inference.
