Ms Paroma Bhattacharya


Paroma Bhattacharya is a Ph.D. Management Candidate at the Durham University Business School. She is also a Doctoral Researcher and Guest Teacher at the LSE Social Innovation Lab. Paroma has a B.A. in English Literature from St. Xavier's College (Mumbai) and a Masters (MSc.) in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).


Paroma has worked for several years as a Social Enterprise Coach at UnLtd India, a leading incubator for startup social entrepreneurs in India. She has taught Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses at the LSE Summer School and the Indian School of Design and Innovation Parsons, Mumbai. Paroma has also worked with AIESEC, an international NGO, where she held several leadership positions in India, Denmark and at the global level. She has extensive work experience with Social Innovation Consulting, Design Thinking and Human Centred Design for Social Innovation.
