Biography

Jacqueline Jing You is a PhD candidate in management. Her research interests include organizational resilience, strategic management and inter-organizational relationship, in particular as concerns global supply chain.

Jacqueline holds a master’s degree (MLitt) with distinction in international business from the University of St Andrews. She completed her undergraduate degree in Marketing & Industrial Business Administration from the University of Shanghai and Technology, and later in Economic and Management, a joint program of Fudan University and London School of Economics. She graduated with distinction and was awarded as the Shanghai Excellent Graduates in 2001, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, China.

Prior to her PhD, she has worked for multinational corporations, such as Lucent Technologies and Alcatel-Lucent, principally in the department of global supply chain network and procurement, and her start-up businesses, for nearly 14 years, in a variety of positions in China, The United States, France, Canada, and The United Kingdom.
