In a small world, we connect the big thinkers. We bring together over 130 different nationalities.
We're proud to be a truly international School with more than 25,000 alumni in over 150 countries.
In recent years, Durham’s MBA students have partnered with international organisations including Santander, Vodafone, Tata Consultancy Services, BP and Nissan. Our students have embarked on study tours to countries including China, Switzerland and Germany. And we work in partnerships with universities around the world, from USA and Canada to Singapore, New Zealand, Japan and Korea. We also collaborate with other respected institutions to deliver specific programmes for our students, for example the Executive MBA: Durham and EBS (Germany).
Our research is similarly far-reaching. Our Centre for Banking, Institutions and Development is working with the National Institute of Securities Markets in India (NISM) to investigate the level of financial literacy in India. Closer to home, we are working with European police forces on a project addressing changes within the organisation.
Landmark leadership programme
We are working with the British Council to promote a leadership skills and development programme for women in Saudi Arabia looking to develop their careers.
Amol Joshi, MBA 2014-15
It was great to be a part of a cohort with incredibly diverse backgrounds. An International Study Tour to Shanghai has helped me to get global exposure and expand my business network.
