COVID-19 - Resident Student Information

Must be completed by 12 noon on Thursday 19 March 2020

This form must be completed by all students who are still resident in College as of 18 March 2020. The information gathered will be used by the College to ensure that we have an accurate record of the number of residents remaining in College at this time along with their future plans for travel or remaining in residence. If this form is not completed it will be assumed that you are no longer in residence in College.

Personal Details
Residence Information
Please inform us of the date you are leaving College residence or, alternatively, if you do not intend to leave, please indicate this below. If your plans change you should resubmit this form to ensure the College is aware of your most up to date plans.

As per earlier guidance, students leaving their College residence are currently being encouraged to take all of their belongings with them when departing Durham. We realise that in some cases this will not be possible but hope that students will do all that they can to clear their rooms given the uncertainty in relation to the evolving circumstances relating to COVID-19.

This section of the website contains information for existing students. It will be updated throughout the year with relevant information.

Report a Maintenance Issue

If you have a maintenance issue in your room, or you have spotted a problem elsewhere in college, please fill out the form at Report a Maintenance Issue. Note that if your request is urgent, you should speak to reception in the first instance as the form responses are not monitored 24/7.
