Social Events Form

Any student group or society wishing to book a room in College for a meeting or event must submit the form below to the Master for approval. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the date of the meeting/event.

It is the responsibility of the organiser of the event to provide the College with full details of the purpose of the event, the name of the group or society, and the names of any external speakers (if any) invited to attend.

Please note that events will not be allowed if not authorised in advance by the College, and no event must be advertised prior to approval of this application.

Event Clean Up
Please give details of the person responsible for cleaning up after the event. Please note that rooms must be returned to their original state e.g. dining hall tables and seating must be returned ready for the next meal (college staff are not responsible for this unless agreed prior to the event).
