50 Years of Walking Together in Faith; Exploring New Directions in Anglican-Roman Catholic Relations

On Wednesday 5 October 2016, Prof Paul Murray and Dr Anna Rowlands will speak at a symposium of 36 Catholic and Anglican bishops, entitled '50 years of walking together in faith; exploring new directions in Anglican-Roman Catholic relations'.

The symposium will take place at Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome and is organised by the Anglican-Roman Catholic International Commission (ARCIC) and the International Anglican-Roman Catholic Commission for Unity and Mission (IARCCUM).

Prof Murray will speak about receptive ecumenism and ARCIC III and Dr Rowlands will speak about social theology in Catholic and Anglican traditions.

The symposium is part of a week-long summit marking the 50th anniversary of the Anglican Centre in Rome.
