Congratulations to new graduates

(21 June 2013)

We’re delighted to announce that 52 students will be graduating with a BA in Theology this year, of whom 9 have First Class degrees and 43 have Upper Second Class (no 2:2s or Thirds). Many congratulations to them all.
Particular congratulations go to Joshua Penduck (St John’s College), who won The Capel Cure Prize for the best dissertation ('Articulating the Implications of Cruciformity: Rowan Williams, Hegel and the Broken Middle') as well as the The De Bury Prize for the best overall performance in Final Honours Theology. Congratulations also to Chaoyi Feng (St Aidan’s College) on winning the Bishop Robertson Exhibition in Theology Prize for the best overall performance in first-year examinations.
Our graduation ceremony will be in Durham Cathedral on Friday 28 June.
