ENERGY DAY

Thursday 9th November 2023

Radisson Blu, Durham City

‘JUST ENERGY’

Policies and Finance for a Just Transition

DEI’s headline remit since its inception in 2009 has been ‘Energy, Science and Society’.

DEI is a world leader on interdisciplinary research across the sciences, social sciences, humanities and engineering and was one of the first truly interdisciplinary energy research institutes in the UK.

The DEI Energy Day celebrates 14 years of Durham Energy Institute bringing people together from across the globe in multiple disciplines to think differently about energy.  Find out about the cutting edge of energy research here at Durham and join us to think about how we should get to Net Zero.

Come along to take part in the discussion and inform the debate on the steps required to shape energy policy through just transition finance.

Registration for this free public event is essential for catering purposes. Please visit EventBrite https://t.ly/UUo7t.
