Welcome to David Sanders

This is David’s third incarnation at Durham having been a zoology undergraduate in the 70s and assistant treasurer in the 90s. Somewhere along the way he picked up qualifications in accountancy and HR and has worked in finance and organisational development in a variety of organisations across the north-east.

David has previously acted as a non-executive director/trustee for housing associations, FE colleges and a youth charity and is currently a member at the River Tees Multi Academy Trust. His other interests away from work include genealogy, collecting and fixing portraits and, most recently, duck rearing. He has a lifelong obsession with Venice.
