Pure Maths Colloquium: p-adic monodromy modules and derivatives of p-adic L-functions

Presented by "Michael Spiess (University of Nottingham, Nottingham)",

5 November 2001 16:00 in CM221

" A Gross-Zagier type formula for the anticyclotomic p-adic L-function of an elliptic modular
form f of higher weight and of multiplicative type at p is explained. For such f we also decribe
explicitly the local Galois representation attached to it at p. This is joint work with Adrian Iovita."
