Lectureship in Physical Geography (Post ref: 0508)

The 5** Department of Geography wishes to recruit an early-career scientist with high potential and a developing research and publication record in some aspect of river, catchment, or landslide science. The successful candidate will join the Earth Surface Systems research group and contribute to teaching programmes. Applicants must have a PhD in physical geography or a related discipline, a developing research and publication record in some aspect of river, catchment or landslide science, and the potential to be excellent undergraduate teachers. The post is available from 1st September 2005 or an agreed later date. Interviews will take place on Thursday, 23rd June 2005.
