QRA - Conference Fund

(19 April 2005)

The Quaternary Research Association invites applications for its new research workers’ awards. Typical awards are to support field expeditions, geological surveys, coring activities, visits to laboratories, purchase of essential field equipment and laboratory analyses. These are aimed at researchers in quaternary science studying for higher degrees. Applicants must have been QRA members for at least six months and not hold a doctoral degree or a tenured academic position. Grants are normally for up to £300.
