European Young Investigator Awards

The European Union Research Organisations Heads of Research Councils, in collaboration with the European Science Foundation, invites applications for the European young investigator awards. These support young researchers from all over the world to work in a European environment.

The awards will foster innovative research, novel scientific problems and/or novel methodologies, and will last five years. The total value of an award will normally be no less than 750,000 euros over five years and shall not exceed a maximum of 1,250,000 euros. Applicants should have an excellent track record with between two and 10 years of postdoctoral experience. Applications should be submitted through one of the participating organisations.
