Durham Staff Deliver Drone Flying Lessons for Budding Primary School Geographers

Map making and aerial imagery are part of the Key Stage 2 Geography curriculum but the whole school were keen to get involved. The school invited the Department of Geography to help them out in providing examples of how school lessons can be converted into career pathways, specifically in professional Geography.

The pupils were also introduced to the art of taking a 'drone selfie'!
