Session Outlines

Keynote Presentation: to be given on the topic of volcanic eruptions and the hazards associated with these. The presentation will aim to illustrate the interdisciplinary aspects of research in this field.

Discussion Groups

Earth Sciences: this will cover contemporary topics including hydrology, geomorphology, landslides, tectonics and natural hazrads.

Quaternary: this will cover landscape reconstruction, sea level change, glaciology and more contemporary applications such as climate change.
