The Annual Robin Dix Memorial Lecture: 'Louis MacNeice Among the Islands,' by Professor John Kerrigan (University of Cambridge)
All are welcome to attend this first annual Robin Dix Memorial Lecture.
Professor John Kerrigan (University of Cambridge) has published on Shakespeare's Sonnets and A Lover's Complaint; a study in comparative literature, Revenge Tragedy: Aeschylus to Armageddon; a collection of essays on Shakespeare and Early Modern Literature; a large book on Archipelagic English: Literature, History, and Politics 1603-1707.
He is currently completing a book on British and Irish poetry since the 1960s and a collection of essays on nineteenth- and twentieth-century poetry more generally.
