The Dragon and the Bone Queen
A presentation on the North-East's theatre heritage, with a show of medieval and Renaissance music and costume.
With Hector Sequera (lute), Barbara Ravelhofer (speaker), and various performers, including a singing Boy Bishop and his choir, a Bone Queen and her pale courtiers, and a 16-ft stage dragon. Expect to hear early polyphony from Durham Cathedral, creepy Yorkshire dirges, and the popular song of the Lambton Worm!
