Henry VIII in York: pilgrimage, plots and penitence
Diana Wyatt, of the Records of Early English Drama North East project, will give a talk at the York Explore library about the historical background to Henry VIII's only visit to York. This forms part of The York Shakespeare Project revival of Henry VIII, by William Shakespeare and John Fletcher, at the King's Manor, Exhibition Square, York, from Thursday 30 March to Saturday 1 April.
