An Evening with Anthony Horowitz
A Durham Book Festival event, chaired by Professor Simon J. James.
Anthony Horowitz is an internationally best-selling author who has written over 40 books including the teen spy series Alex Rider, which is estimated to have sold 19 million copies worldwide.
Anthony’s recent books include two new Sherlock Holmes novels, The House of Silkand Moriarty, and most recently the James Bond novel, Trigger Mortis. Anthony is also responsible for creating and writing some of the UK’s most successful television series, including Midsomer Murders and BAFTA award-winning drama series Foyle’s War.
Anthony comes to Durham Book Festival for the first time to talk about his fascinating career and to introduce a brand-new book,Magpie Murders, a classic crime novel with more than one twist!
