Referring to the TEI Handbook
TEIs may wish to refer to the TEI Handbook in their own staff handbooks, student handbooks, websites, etc.
As the TEI Handbook is a live publication that may be reviewed and updated in-year (particularly during the initial years of operation), we advise all TEIs to avoid replicating content (e.g. copying and pasting text into TEI publications). Replicating information in this way could result in the provision of out-of-date or incorrect information. TEIs are advised to be aware of this when producing their own publications, and are encouraged to use hyperlinks to sections of the handbook instead of replicating data.
