UCU STRIKES 2021-22
If you wish to make a complaint about the adverse effect of the UCU strikes on your learning opportunities and/or learning outcomes, you should first raise your complaint with your Department to see if the complaint can be resolved informally.
If your complaint is not resolved informally, you may make a formal complaint to the University. Please email this to student.cases@durham.ac.uk and include evidence of your attempts to resolve your complaint informally.
The deadline for submitting a complaint was 30 days after the end of the Easter Term (24 July 2022). This process has now closed.
