Please be advised that due to the current situation relating to Covid-19, the Student Conduct Office are unable to offer face-to-face meetings until further notice. Additionally we are unable to accept any documentation sent via post, please do not send any information to the Student Conduct Office via post. If you wish to submit a complaint form or make a report please email this to email@example.com.
Existing cases will continue to be investigated where possible and we shall aim to respond to new reports as soon as we can. Please see the updated Non-Academic Misconduct Disciplinary Procedure, the Senate Discipline Committee Hearing Procedure and the Sexual Misconduct and Violence Procedure for Students for details on how the processes are being followed remotely. The work of the Student Conduct Office covers student complaints, student discipline, allegations of student misconduct, and sexual misconduct and violence. Our Office works closely with Departments and Colleges across the University to offer advice on cases within our remit. Our Office develops policies, manages open cases, and offers staff training for matters relating to all elements of discipline, misconduct and student complaints.
